“ Excellent hotel, very well maintained, looks great inside and outside. Very friendly staff, big and clean pool, lovely beach (although looks like that side of zona hotelera is always windy). Free gym with sauna, free car park, several restaurants at site. Bus stop in front of hotel (hotel front is about 100+ metres from the road, buses run every few minutes, to clubs zona and downtown). Great stay, great rooms, great location, great hotel!
“ Top Tip: Right accross is aquaworld where you can hire a small speed boat for rides within lagoona, few bus stops towards town, oposite Kukulcan plaza is small taco/grill/kebab shop where you get good food for about one pound sterling.

“ Bedrooms clenliness poor bathrooms in need of total refurbishment. Restaurants good, public areas in good condition. pool area poor,noisy no quiet area, furniture old, sunbeds sagging and uncomfortable. Beach lovely ,staff very pleasnt,helpful and hard working.We booked and paid in full for 10 nights but moved to another hotel after 7 loosing 3 nights money.
