“ This is more than a hotel, it is a huge complex with 3 Lobbies. Nizuk is the oldest and in the middle, Sunrise is the biggest and the second built, Grand
is the smallest and third. As well as this complex there is the Spa and Golf.
You can also go to any of the other hotels in the Group and use your all inclusive
facilities. We went into Cancun to the Beach Plaza hotel where we enjoyed the
facilities. This had a better beach front but was a high rise hotel and only had
limited facilities. (there is a courtesay bus but we took a taxi)
To our amazement we with given $1,500 to spend at the hotel. This included
trips to events, also Spa treatments, and even upgrading wine.
Staff are amazing, so many of them just there to help you enjoy the facilities.
Everyone speaks English because of the number of Americans that visit.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

“ Top Tip: There are so many restaurants in the hotel complex and the food is very good
in them all, there is no need to go anywhere else.

“ We really loved that place. Definitely will be back again. Children loved the swimming pools. Beach was nice, but not as clear water as I expected in Cancun. The whole resort is quiet big so some restaurants are further than the others, but we still loved the nice walks back to the room. We stayed in the Moon Grand Palace and that one I would definitely recommend as has much nicier and more spacious rooms. Maybe because those are new. Children loved the lizards walking around and sunbathing. That was fantastic, assured us that we are in a lovely hot country :-). Thanks to all those lovely people working in the hotel. Made us feel very welcome and were very helpfull at anytime. I'm very fussy person about cleaning and I was quiet happy with the cleanliness as well.

“ Top Tip: Didn't really looked for anything else, i had everything in the hotel area.

“ We stayed at this hotel, in the Nizuc side for our honeymoon (with our 3 and 5 year old boys). The staff (especially Francisco, who couldn't do enough for us each morning), food (my goodness plenty of that), facilities (too many to mention) and view from the room were all second to none!!! The kids club was fabulous and the staff (especially Patricia) were all so so lovely and very good with our boys, having lots of activities to keep them occupied! An extra bonus to the holiday was receiving the hotel credits. Will most def be going back there next year or the year after. Cannot find 1 fault with it.

“ Top Tip: water park-5 mins away, beach-over-looking it.

“ Excellent hotel with lots of choice of restaurants. Staff can't do enough for you.

Resort credit was a great bonus -this could be spent on Trips, Spa, Golf, Room upgrades, special dinners, photos etc.

Plenty of pools to choose from, but if you like swimming in the sea this is not the place for you as the water is not very clear water.

We went late September & resort was very quiet for our first week, however there was a party of 1200 arrived for the second week so we did have to wait to get in the restaurants, but only for about 30mins.

“ Top Tip: Preferred the Sunrise section as more space around the pool area.
