“ On the whole an excellent hotel with great staff with the exception of the receiption desk who can be quite rude. eg You'd be dealing with one person and another member of the receiption staff would just walk up and start talking to the person your dealing with and then they'd both walk off and leave you standing there even if they were half way through telling you something.

“ This should not be rated a 5 star hotel. It had a strong smell of damp throughout the hotel which was even worse in the bedroom. The rooms and corridors were filthy, the sheets weren't even clean and there were stains on the bathroom floor. It was noisy at night from slamming doors and the hotel bar so was impossible to get any sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
