“Very pleasant stay. Went on my own but found most of the staff very friendly. Although a 4*, upon arrival I felt the hotel was a little dated but the room and facilities were fine and very clean. Must say, it did feel that there were a lot of 'older generation' guests, mainly German and French and when the entertainment started at 9.30pm, most had retired!!

“The hotel advertised 3 restaurants, one being a buffet style restaurant and the other two being Al a Carte. There is in fact is only one restaurant all of which provided a very limited choice buffet. The choice was generally fish or chicken and quite often the food was cold. Despite being near to the largest fruit market in Morocco the selection of fruit was limited to segments of orange couple of occasions we were treated to a slice of melon. We did eat in hte so called Al a carte restaurant which consisted of approximately 8 tables in the main dining area. We had to choose what we were going to eat the day before once again there were only two choices of each course, the main course being either chicken or fish! There were signs for a snack bar which we were told by hotel staff was located by the pool this turned out to be a seated area by the side of the main restaurant for guests to eat their buffett outside. (there was no alternative menu). The hotel should come with a health warning as everyone smoked everywhere in the hotel. As an All Inclusive hotel one would expect a selection of drinks all be it we didnt expect brand names however there were no cocktails included which is a first after 14 years of doing All Inclusive Holidays all over the world.As a result of the very poor standard and choice of restaurants we decided we had had enough and ate out on 5 occasions. We changed money at the hotel reception after asking the hotel recepionist to recount it was discovered after the third count he was 100 diharms short we have subsequently found on trip advisor this similar scam in this hotel has happened before. As expected the rooms were very basic and dated, there was only one very loose electric socket in the room

Amongst the hotel's facilities count shops, a hairdresser/beauty salon, a bar and Le Ghantout restaurant. Guests may make use of the conference room for up to 500 persons as well as the room and laundry services, wake-up call and car rental. A car park is available for those arriving by car.
347602:en:false“Definitely not a 4* hotel! It looks really tired, no attention to details at all. The lobby looks ok and it's kept clean. The room is quite small, but I wouldn't expect anything else. Sticky furniture, but a nice and comfy bed.

Fantastic all inclusive club for families and all age groups. 250m from Agadir beach, within the heart of the touristic area. 410755:en:false“I would like to admit, that this hotel is the best one in Agadir and in Morocco. As I been staying in lots of hotels around!!! Staff were amazing. We felt very welcomed. I gave 9 of 10 just because of the gym! Time table is not flexible and you can't go and do your work at anytime, but the rest is great.
