“ The hotel has seen better days and is a little run down but this is reflected in the price. The suite sized rooms are a good size and well equipped. The standard rooms are ok for two but three children is tight. The rooms are clean and apart from looking a little tired are OK. Pool staff are good but reception could be better. The gym is largely a waste of time with old equipment which is either not functioning or actually dangerous. The beach is a 5 minute walk. There are a few local restaurants but the main entertainment area is a 15 minute walk along the Corniche.
“ Top Tip: The Lampadar restaurant across the road is excellent value and has great staff and food. The Mogador also across the road is to be avoided at all costs the food was appalling and it took 9 attempts to get a bottle of white wine that was actually cold'ish.

The hotel was horrible! We found cockroaches in our bedroom!
The service was not great, we arrived at the hotel and did not recieve any help taking our luggage up to our rooms considering there was three girls.
Not a wide range of food served on half board basis. Stray cats were wondering in and out of the restaurant where breakfast and lunch was being served.
Would not stay in this hotel again!
Close to the beach is the only bonus!

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel.
The hotel is well outdated, the food was poor (we went to McDonalds everyday). I travel with 3 children and therefore like to travel light, this is first time I've been in a hotel which didn't have a fridge, kettle or a hair dryer. The only thing that was provided was soap nothing else.
I was very disappointed as it was nothing like the pictures and it’s definitely not a 4*, I would rate it more near to 2*.
This is the first time I'm actually writing a review on a hotel and that too a negative one, it’s only because I was very disappointed.
Other than the hotel everything else was good, Agadir is beautiful.
“ Top Tip: The beach and restuarants are very near to the hotel.

“ Rooms very clean, food was ok. The unfortunate thing about where we were staying was that the lift was out of service for the whole time we were there. There was no attempt by the hotel to get this rectified. The hotel had three floors, with no lift working. The swimming pool area is small given the size of the hotel.
“ Top Tip: Do not purchase water from the restaurant, as they sell this for 20 dirhams, which you can buy outside near the hotel for only 6 dirhams. Excellent location, as it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, where you can find some great restaurants.

“ hotel itself is placed in nice area, just few minutes from the beach. Staff is nice, although waiters weren`t happy when we didn`t leave any tips for them! Rooms are clende everyday, bathroom could be painted but it is ok, they have lounge with every night some lads singing and dancing and asking people to join them so its good for elder couples or singles. Good and clean sweaming pool, they apparently have a fitness club but when we went there it was closed... Not very far to souk and local restaurants. Good for families but when you just want to sleep and eat there, no play grounds or facilities for kids.
