“ Good value for money, the site is well laid out and very pretty. The main buffet has a great selection of all types of food, salad, hot and cold meat, pasta, fish so that even a fussy person should be able to find something to their taste. Could do with more crockery and glasses as they often ran out and some were chipped. The themed restaurants added variety, and it is lovey to be served. Somethings are in need of refurbishment eg some chairs had splinters. This is really an all inclusive, with the exception of the ice-cream and waffle stand.Lovely to have a camel riding round the site, gives everyone a chance to have a short ride without paying a fortune.
“ Top Tip: Promanade is nicley laid out gives access to a lovely harbour, great for feeding the fish.

Having e-mailed within 3 days of travel twice for a room in block 30/31/32 I was located by the reception/spa area. The first room allocated was 1st floor with a balcony looking on to a wall,I asked to be moved which they obliged.Located to 3rd floor room 1703 which was better with a balcony overlooking front entrance to hotel. The only problem was this room smelt of raw sewage which stayed for my duration of 7 days.
The Oasis restruant was pleasantly good.Breakfast was bland but the lunch/evening meals were good with plenty of variety although the same menu for both.
Oasis pool and bar area found to be good with staff very polite although limited space for late comers requiring a sun bed, towels left on sun beds from 6.30am .With regard to hired hotels towels be careful they tend to go walkies when left unattended which will cost you approximatly £9.00 per towel if lost
Ammination team found to be very good with plenty of activity laid on for all ages
Beach with plenty of space a short walk away but only unattended sun beds there
Overall found staff to be very polite without being over bearing
“ Top Tip: There is an English bar within 10 minute walk out of hotel turn left follow main road until you come to roundabout bar to the right showing live sport but cost of pint about £4.25 could work out expensive best to stay in complex on all incluse

“ Well, this our first family holiday abroad taking my step son who is 5, on his first experience on a plane and this is the hotel we picked from the reviews on trip advisor. It did not disappoint us!! We all had a great time! The 5 restaurants were beautiful, the Buffett was always fully stocked and fresh. The animation team worked all day entertaining the public, the Agidor dance and provided the entertainment at night with the verious shows! The drinks were always available and the snack bars were also lovely. We had the weather in the day! The staff were ALL pleasent and polite, the love the kids as they are all seen as little kings and queens :-) highly recommend hotel for family's!

“ I have stayed at this hotel before both alone and with my family. We have always had a pleasant stay. Bearing in mind that this a 3* hotel you get what you pay for. I have made many friends here and will undoubtably return again. Fantastic for families, not suitable for disabled people as many steps around the complex. Staff are fantastic and do all they can to help.
