El Pueblo Tamlelt Hotel

“ I was travelling alone, as a girl you worry, but it was fabulous, everything was brilliant, I was looked after from the minute I arrived until I left, nothing was too much trouble, when I didnt want what was in the restaurant, the chef made me something different, the staff were fabulous, the entertainment staff were always there. My room was cleaned everyday and fresh flowers were put in there twice in the week I stayed. Security walked me to my room every night to see I got back safe. The whole hotel was cleaned all the time, the pool was clean. This hotel deserves a much better rating than it gets...

“ The rooms are basic but cleaned daily and fresh towels available daily too. The fantastic thing about this Hotel / Resort are the wonderful staff, they are lovely and so friendly. The food is varied with lots of varieties of salad, always a different type of meat served every day and same as with fish, pasta and chips also available - for dinner. Breakfast is usual continental type, toast, cereal, omlettes whilst you watch as well as fried eggs, pancakes, pastries etc. Lunch is similar but there's a snack bar which serves different food. Then there are 6 other restaurants, not a la carte but set menu but waiter service rather than the buffet - Japanese, Chinese, TexMex, Moroccan, Italian and Fish - I have only tried the Moroccan, Italian and TexMex and these are very nice.
As there are lots of steps up then down all over the place it may not suit families with buggies, small children or elderly people.
BUT remember it is a 3 star hotel / resort and that's what you get = good value for money but don't expect it to be 5 star.

“ I have been to numerous arabic holiday destinations and have never felt as safe and well treated as i have in agadir. The staff cannot do enough for you regardless of tips (but tips do provide the bulk of their income as wages are very low) the hotel is basic but excellant value for money and very clean. I have never had a poorly tummy or been ill because of the stay and would be confident in recommending it to anyone. I have seen most hotels in the area and whilst they vary in asthetics none can beat the welcome and atmosphere you can find in either the caribbean village or el pueblo tamlelt. There is ample entertainment should you chose to participate but no pressure if you dont, the weather is idyllic all year round. All in all i will continue to visit again and again.

“ Top Tip: The local resteraunt Maxwells and Orange bleu are my favourites with great staff and good food, traditional moroccan or english. an ambundance of guided trips but to be honest i feel safe visiting places alone now by just jumping in a petite taxi.

“ Very good hotel, fantastic facilities! For the money we paid it was very good! Not the best hotel we've ever stayed in but we really couldn't complain for the money we paid. Food was good! Restaurants lovely. Staff were friendly. Chocolate the camel a definite bonus for the children. We used the spa treatments and it was excellent and the prices were very good. An excellent cheap holiday had by all the party (14) no complaints!
