Service was very good, friendly, helpful and attentive.
Food was excellent and there was a lot of variety.
We had a lovely large room, with a small balcony overlooking the pool and two double beds. It was clean and well maintained.
The negatives I should mention are firstly there is nothing else in the nearby area - no shops, cafes or restaurants, so if you want go outside you have to travel into El Jadida, which is a car or taxi journey away. Half board basis recommended though the Mazagan does have several other restaurants that look very inviting.
Secondly, the hotel has quite a lot of open walkways from rooms to lobby/restaurant/pool etc and as it sits on the beach it is quite exposed to sea breezes. We were there in early March so I would advise going in April or May. However despite there being a bit of a cool breeze in the evening we enjoyed our two nights there.
And lastly, this is a 5* hotel so it is expensive.
