“ The hotel is under on-going construction. DO NOT book this hotel - it is horrible! The furniture’s are very old, floor and walls were dirty. On the terrace there were just one broken sun chair. We had a view on all the building works and the swimming pool which did not look as ready to use. The water was not clear, you could not see trough. There were no tiles around just partly broken concrete.

we were made very welcome by all staff and room 53 is very special !
The hotel is very near the old city walls into the fasinating souxs and medina and the long sandy beach just over the road, is washed every day by the tide and is windless from September to April.
Breakfast was limited and repeatative, the hotel was very empty in February so not all facilities were available.
The pool and gardens provided a quiet, private place to get some sun.
The coach station, to connect to Marrakesh is in 5 minutes walk from hotel.

Top Tip:
Explore the busy fishing port and eat your chosen fish at the outdoor stalls, the price is by weight so get that first !
Walk right along the beach to the camels and relax at the Vagabond cafe for as long as you like.

The staff were always polite and helpful. I spoke French so it was very easy to communicate with everybody so I'm not so sure how you would fare with just English.
The hotel is undergoing a massive re-build but this had no negative impact on our stay. The hotel seemed very quiet for this time of year.

For leisure, guests can visit the beautiful beach nearby or take a dip at the refreshing swimming pool.
“ This is quite a nice hotel and our room was really nice with a very comfortable bed. It was a little hard to find but it is at the south of the beach a street or so back from the beach which is about five or ten minutes walk.

This air-conditioned hotel features a garden with a terrace and offers a total of 140 rooms, including 16 suites. Situated on a main road, the air-conditioned hotel's facilities include a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe and a currency exchange counter. In addition, the hotel features a nightclub, Tamusiga restaurant with international specialities, Scala restaurant with Moroccan cuisine as well as the Salon cocktail bar, where guests are able to meet or simply read.4 A car park is available for those arriving by car.
“ Very friendly place particularly those working as chambermaids and pool attendants etc. Reception staff in general less helpful and attentive. Food ok but repetitive and not always replenished when things ran out.

The spa will charm you with its oriental feel and the gastronomy will surpass all expectations with its mix of Moroccan and international cuisine, as well as its fish specialities. The hotel also provides both room and laundry services and a car park for motorists.
