“ A truely morrocan experience. Nothing was too much trouble very helpful. Fez can be seen within 3 -4 days so do not feel that it is the hotel's fault that at times there is not much going on. The Hotel is not suitable for sun worshippers as the beautiful terraces are designed to keep you cool. If visiting in the spring be sure to take a warm wrap for the evening.

“ Absolutely beautiful hotel. Cannot fault the stunning architecture and authentic furnishings. Rooms had to be accessed by stairs therefore not suitable for those with walking difficulties. Set in the old Medina, it was not in a position where you felt safe to walk the streets alone at night. Also if you wanted to eat out, then you would have had to take a taxi to and from the restaurants. We ate in the Riad and the food was worthy of a 5* hotel. Only complaint was that on our first night, we were only given the set menu option and that worked out at £30 per head which ate into our spending money greatly. The staff were very friendly, however the manageress and owner were very pushy with regards to trying to organise tours and trips for us. We had been warned about this in advance and so had our excuses ready! Alcohol was available, however there was no bar and so a pre dinner drink was a bit of a palava to organise (also the cheapest bottle of wine was £25).
“ Top Tip: Riad was unable to accept credit cards during our stay and would not accept travellers cheques either (in fact we were unable to exchange travellers cheques at any bank duiring our stay this year - 2009).

This is a beautiful Hotel. The food is wonderul. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. The rooms are luxurious and a pleasure to stay in.
Staying at the Riad Arabesque added to the richness of our stay in Morocco. Can't wait to stay there again!
“ Top Tip: On a friday night (with a full moon if possible!) - open your hotel window and listen to the call to prayers. A totally magical experience and absolutely fitting with the magical surroundings of the Riad A.
