“ Excellent all inclusive hotel with great pools and facilities. All drinks on tap with the local wine being surprisingly good. All the food you could ever want, somewhat limited variety but understandable when catering for a large number although they do try to provide 2/3 signature dishes every meal like paella and tangines. Highly recommend paying the small supplement for the waiter service Morrocan restaurant on site serving a five course menu of national specialities.

Only criticism of the stay was the poor, slow service at reception but otherwise I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The staff was very attentive polite and friendly, the hotel was clean and very nicely laid out, even though I had no children with me from my observation a lot of effort was made to accommodate all ages,
While the food was repetitive and geared mainly towards the French we were able to find something to eat most days,

We spent Sunday afternoon in the Atlas Mountain which we found special

“ Our stay at this hotel was not very good. I would not rate this as a 5 star hotel. Upon arrival although the staff were friendly and polite this was not an indication of things to follow However, our room was very poorly decorated there was no shower curtain which we reported every day on our 5 night stay, on the fourth night we were told that they could not find a shower curtain to fit, at 10pm that night someone arrived with one. In the room information booklet it states dressing gowns were part of the standard service, we did not get these. The allocation of toilet paper appeard to be on a square sheet per person ratio It also states wifi, the only place we could get this was if we went and sat in the reception.
Walking into the buffet food hall was an experience as guests were stood waiting with plates of food as tables had not been cleared and reset.Even when tables had been cleared guests were having to go and find their own cutlery and glasses, there was plenty of staff but they did not appear co-ordinated it was just chaotic. This was not a one off this was at every meal.
The food itself was ok apart from our last night when my husband identified a metal nut in his meal which he actualy bit into. We immediatley called over the manager who simply said ok and walked away with the plate there was no apology of any sort and he never even asked if my husband was ok. This could easily of have been in a meal of one of the many children present.
The entertainment available revolved almost entirely aroundl physical exercise ie,step aerobics, stretching,volley ball, belly dancing and aqua aerobics. The only real positive aspect I can say about this hotel is it was clean and the majority of the staff were polite and helpfull
