“ The Hotel itself was fabulous, staff service was lacking though. Had to find out everything for yourself and ask around to find someone who could answer your questions. Food was great, except breakfast (awful!) Lovely pool and facilities!
“ Top Tip: Pre-book your space on the free hotel shuttle bus the night before!

There was nothing to do - entertainment at night was so poor.
The rooms are not as described with balcony, and all inclusive is very limited, and food was average, but not alot, lots of times empty serving dishes!! you really did have to fight for loads - especially sunbeds.
kids club never open. this hotel was described as being built 2010, yet tiles were cracked and stairs had tiles broken on then, and surrounding the pool, he area around the pool - over flow, had huge gaps, so people were tripping up when getting out of pool.
Finally twice my air con broke, and early hours of morning I has to go and get it repaired as it was too hot to sleep.
“ Top Tip: Marrakech is a must visit at night the place is truly amazing and the locals are friendly - especially when it rains!!

“ Our hotel was lovely. Our room was fairly big with a proper double bed, it had a patio area with table and chairs. It was cleaned every day. And the shower was the best we have ever had. The pool is lovely, well maintained and clean, plenty of sunbeds and towels provided. Food was excellent and plenty of it, and the staff were lovely, always helpful and chatty. Helps if you know a little French as they don't all speak English but that makes it more fun. We will definately use this hotel again.
“ Top Tip: Nothing much near the hotel but a shuttle bus is provided or you can take a taxi into town, lot's of shops and restaurants to chose from. not near a beach,marrakech is inland.

“ Lovely new hotel, staff generally ok except very difficult if you only speak English. Day trips from the hotel are very limited to choose from with very little information and over priced. Shuttle bus good except times are not very frequent. Great food!!!!
“ Top Tip: Have a meal in the square cheap and delicious!! Use the horse drawn carriage to take to you the tannery and other sites around the city as they are often difficult to find!

A beautiful design within a typically Moroccan framework, Kenzi Tichka Marrakech is recently renovated to ensure the comfort of our customers. The work of the decorator Bill Willis has his originality and its refinement in the exclusive use of the Moroccan craft industry according to the purest traditions of Moorish art. The modern is present only where comfort imposes it. The hotel is located at 5min from the city centre and 10min from the Marrakech Menara Airport.
“ We had a good room with a very nice bathroom, the staff were helpful and polite Breakfast was gave a wide choice of local and continental items. Unfortunately dinner was a disappointment.

The hotel's fine handcrafted decorations are sure to remind guests of pure Moroccan art. The air-conditioned conference hotel offers 324 rooms in total and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. Further facilities include a newspaper stand, kids' club, cafe, bar, disco and a restaurant. Guests may also make use of the conference facilities, laundry service, car park and bicycle hire service.
“ Very nice hotel, I would recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech. It is quite a way out from the centre, 5+ miles but the hotel provides a free shuttle which we made the most of. Marrakech is not the cleanest of cities so we found being away from the centre a benefit.

Renovated in 2008, this hotel is built in style of traditional Moroccan houses and riads and combines this traditional element with convenient facilities for its guests. The lines and warm colours of the hotel interiors, mix Zellige Fassi, marble and mosaics and offer a true haven of peace. This city hotel comprises a total of 115 rooms spread over 5 floors as well as a garden and a terrace. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility and lift access. It also offers a newspaper stand, a hairdressing salon, a bar, a restaurant, conference facilities and WLAN Internet access. There is parking available for those arriving by car.
“ Hotel is ideally located. It is 40mts walking distance from Jamaal El Fna square which is the centre of old town. The souk is just opposite to the square. Hotel is clean. Staff are friendly and good. Airport bus (no: 19) driver stopped very close to the hotel.

The hotel, which opened in 2008, combines a traditional setting with the most modern installations. It has 259 rooms distributed in 13 Ryads, all of which offer wonderful views of the garden or the 1,400 me swimming pool area. The hotel, with its 3 meeting rooms, is also the perfect venue for congresses and conventions. The lounge bar is the ideal spot to enjoy a favourite drink or beverage in a relaxing atmosphere with live music. Younger guests are sure to enjoy the kids' club.

“ The staff at reception and the waiters etc are lovely friendly people. We were half board and the food was adequate but there was not much variety. The room was basic although functional and whilst having rustic charm in its apparent Morrocan style, it was not entirely comfortable.
