The hotel was fantastic. The food was exellent and we looked forward to each meal. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful as well.
The only disappointment was the entertainment which was good for children but not great for three middle aged women.

Top Tip: The three day morning only tour offered by the TUI rep was great and very good value for money.

Smart comfortable hotel. Excellent staff and facilities. Only downside for us was that all sun beds / loungers were around the pool, and there was no choice but to sit around the pool which was busy and fairly raucous with the constant music or pool based entertainment. Quieter areas away from the pool would be ideal, but there are no facilities for this.
But the staff are extremely friendly and the facilities are smart, clean and well serviced

Check-in date:

The hotel was exceptional, the staff were so friendly and happy, all departments from the pool staff to the entertainers spoke to everyone, not the usual rowdy people and could not do enough. Comong from a public sector and a trainer, I wanted to offer them all jobs!! The rooms were large and confortable, I ask for extra pillows and they were there withinh minutes. The food was very good, catered to all tastes. The pool was potless and plenty of staff around to offer to place your sunbed and get you extra umberellas if needed. I always have gone all inclusive but this was possibly the best. Not alot to do outside and nearby but with all they had to offer this was not important to us. Cannot recommend it enough and Travel republic. Thank you

Top Tip: Also have to add that we booked a taxi transfer though travel republic and the driver was imforative and very friendly, even to say that if we went into the souks and found it to hassely then just to go into the |KFC in the square where his brother in law works and he would make sure we got a taxi at the right price and made sure we got back safely.

Stayed in this hotel for a week in Mid september and both the wife and I thought the hotel was fabulous. All the staff were extremely polite and the place was very clean indeed. The pool area is awesome and you can can be around an area that is fairly lively or you can get sun beds in a quieter part of the pool. Not a problem getting sun beds but if you want a particular spot then you would need to be up around 7 - 7:30.
The only issue with any part of the holiday was no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms - but they do give you 2 x 2 litre bottles every morning and there are plenty of facilities around the hotel. If you like Champagne and smaked Salmon then this is served in the main restaurant but only on Sunday morning. The Spa and Gym facilities are good and we really could not fault our time there.

Top Tip: A trip to the Medina is a must and the free shuttle transfer to and from the Hotel make it very easy.

An oasis of calm outside the hurly burly of Marrakech. Pleasant rooms, friendly staff, good food.
We were not keen on being 'tagged' with the red hotel wrist bands which we felt made us very obvious prey for wheeler dealers when in the city.
Perennial problem of people bagging sunbeds by the pool and then not appearing for most of the day. Signs up asking people not to do this were largely ignored.
Entertainment team work very hard as jacks of all trades throughout the day culminating in a 'show' each evening...
An enjoyable stay. Would go again.

Top Tip: Would recommend the discover Marrakech tour early on in your visit. Whirlwind stops at key historic sites and then a guide to the souqs. Sets you up for more leisurely browsing later.
Jardin Majorelle (Yves St Laurent garden) well worth a visit.

Benefit from these single assets in one of the most beautiful hotels of Marrakech totally renewed. This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The lobby, bar and restaurant are lovely but the real winning feature is the garden and pool area. It is stunning. Guests can lounge near the pool all day on sun loungers (I did this as it was warm even in January) with an endless supply of towels.

A true haven of peace, this holiday village features beautiful architecture which blends with the green background of the palm plantation. The hotel's fine handcrafted decorations are sure to remind guests of pure Moroccan art. The air-conditioned conference hotel offers 324 rooms in total and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. Further facilities include a newspaper stand, kids' club, cafe, bar, disco and a restaurant. Guests may also make use of the conference facilities, laundry service, car park and bicycle hire service.

Very nice hotel, I would recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech. It is quite a way out from the centre, 5+ miles but the hotel provides a free shuttle which we made the most of. Marrakech is not the cleanest of cities so we found being away from the centre a benefit.
