First the pluss'es:
1. Wifi works and is free.
2. Hotel is clean and well maintained.
3. Staff are friendly and helpful.
4. Location is good - 20 min or 10 min car-ride to the main square - La Place.
5. Hotel has good facilities.
6. Little shop next door proved useful, also a few good restos nearby.
Minus's
1. Water in the pool is too cold - nobody used it while we were there.
2. Rooms don't have any tea/coffee making facilities.
3. Hotel doesn't have appealing views.
“ Top Tip: Walk to the nearby roundabout and take a horse & carriage to the main square - pay no more than 70 MAD for a single trip or if you're returning to the hotel from the square, then max cost is 80 MAD.

“ The hotel was fine but not 5* the items that need addressing are 1) noise on late arrivals and not being ask to quite down. 2) phone not working properly'crackley 3) asking from room service menu and not understanding( cheese and ham samwich!) 4) AC very poor 5) no towels on arival 6) building noise on opersite building not all the time.

“ It was my first time booking a holiday so i was a little anxious re the whole package...I was pleasantly surprised!! Superb!! The raid is just as the pictures, very nice quite place right at the heart of marrakesh.

Renovated in 2008, this hotel is built in style of traditional Moroccan houses and riads and combines this traditional element with convenient facilities for its guests. The lines and warm colours of the hotel interiors, mix Zellige Fassi, marble and mosaics and offer a true haven of peace. This city hotel comprises a total of 115 rooms spread over 5 floors as well as a garden and a terrace. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility and lift access. It also offers a newspaper stand, a hairdressing salon, a bar, a restaurant, conference facilities and WLAN Internet access. There is parking available for those arriving by car.
“ Hotel is ideally located. It is 40mts walking distance from Jamaal El Fna square which is the centre of old town. The souk is just opposite to the square. Hotel is clean. Staff are friendly and good. Airport bus (no: 19) driver stopped very close to the hotel.
