“ Although this is listed as a two star hotel , which it is really as far as luxury and modern amenities are concerned , the staff are five star. They could not have been any more helpful , polite and courteous if they tried , truly warm and genuine. The hotel has not been upgraded in years-the breakfast being very basic but enough-the rooms also very basic and a little plain but nevertheless , the linen is clean and changed daily with fresh towels and soap. Overlooking a small courtyard this place has a quaint charm all of its own. I will certainly return

“ This hotel is ok for the price. Room was ok and kept clean. Staff spoke mainly French and a little English. All were extremely helpful. Breakfast very basic but enough for me. Within about 30 mins walking distance of the medina. Shops and restaraunts close by. Spent a week here but if I was staying longer i would have chosen better. No pool and no lift. Probably a value for money hotel but don`t expect too much, it is what the price says.

Clean and spacious room, ours had a balcony which was great. Large bathroom although it could really do with updating. Good basic breakfast. Staff pleasant and helpful.
Would recommend this hotel to people on a budget holiday.
No complaints for the money we paid.

It was our second visit to this small friendly hotel. The staff are very attentive, and although they do not usually sell white wine (only rose and red), they bought some in especially for us.
Which I think indicates their welcoming nature.
It is a 30 minute walk from the hotel to the souk, and 10 minutes walk to hop on/ hop off sightseeing bus.

Top Tip:
If you like McDonalds or KFC there are both within 10 minutes walk, and lots of Pizza restaurants.
Pubs do not seem to exist in Marrakech, and alcohol is only available in some hotels and restaurants, which is only to be expected.

This 5-storey hotel comprises a total of 140 rooms, of which 10 are suites. Facilities include 3 bars and 3 restaurants where guests may indulge in some tasty Moroccan cuisine. There are car park and garage facilities for those arriving by car.
“ Love this hotel. Right in the centre of Gueliz (the new town in Marrakech), nice little pool, easy to reach the Medina by taxi (it should cost you around 15/20 MAD, easier if fewer people). The room is pretty basic, so don't expect anything near to luxury, but again its price is very reasonable.

“ I really can't fault this hotel on value for money and politeness of staff. The room I was in though was very cold due to the airconditioner/heater not working properly, however there was a lot of hot water so I just had deep baths to warm up. All in all I would stay there again.
