This brand new apparthotel offers 162 bedrooms all with a typical moroccan living room and very well equipped for long or short, business or leisure stays. Rooms are with a light decor, white-tiled flooring and are all of a good size for an appart hotel right in the center of Marrakech. + One bedroom apt had two large spacious rooms with queen sized bed. No balcony, but large windows in both sitting area and bedroom with good A/C. . Small kitchen area, shop nearbye to purchase e.g. milk, bread, toiletries etc. Good pool. Free WiFi on ground floor areas. Spacious hotel, set back from a main road, behind Atlas Asni Hotel; with several comfortable lounges and a short taxi ride, or reasonable walk required to main entertainment areas. Car parking area. Friendly, efficient staff.
- Often requiring to "reprogramme" room door entry key cards, as not always functioning.
Edge of handle, to bedroom door, sharp.

“ Hotel staf friendly, but overall standard of the hotel quite poor. The apartament was not equipped how we expected (no hair-drier, no microvawe). It was dirty (old grease on the kichen walls, urine stains on the toilet etc.). Cockroachs in the bathroom!!! Dump on the shower cubicle. Bed sheet was changed once (we stayed for 7 nihgts). Swimming pool area not very tidy.

The hotel staff speak no english. I stayed there on Monday and reserved the same appt for saturday and Sunday.when i returned on saturday they said they had given my reserved appt to some one else, and denied all knowlege of my request. Instead they were kind enough to give me a smaller appt with no towels, a blocked shower and no lights in the bathroom. This obviously deeply upset me, ruined my holidays and i just wanted to come back to uk, but who do i talk to ? i wish i could argue in arabic.
On leaving the staff were more concerned about my room key rather than enquiring about how good my stay was. I called travel republic, but there was no answer.
I was advised by another hotel guest that any written complaint would be filed...in the bin and that only the head office may take action.
“ Top Tip: When i was in Marakech i found other hotels that were cheaper and better quality. This one is realy for arabic guests. I would never go back again.

Being a 4 star hotel it should have had at least a fridge in the room. Good restaurants are within 10/15mins drive. jama al fena is about 15/20min walk from the hotel

The imperial Hotel is situated in the heart of the new city " Guéliz " all in 2 Mn only from the mean street avenue Mohamed V, nearby the shopping and banks area, at 15 Mn from the royal golf and the international airport " LAMENARA " at a few minutes from the very know place " Jamaâ Lafnaa".
“ the hotel was not up to standard. how can a hotel be 4 star and it doesn't have a iron. before i arrived the hotel i payed for everything but when i reached the hotel we weren't booked in and they asked me too pay again.
