“ The hotel is in a wonderful garden setting and the staff are very friendly and service of a high standard. We had stayed there briefly before and returned for a longer holiday.

Lovely hotel, very friendly. The staff couldn't do enough for you.
Very resonable prices for what you get. Food is fantastic. Good mixture of guests, varied age groups.
“ Top Tip: Nice to have a mixture of eating in hotel restaurant or nice restaurants nearby, i.e red house, with eating in hidden gems in the souks and visiting new Marrakesh.

Parts of the hotel were slightly old-fashioned. Our flight was delayed and when we went to the hotel bar on arrival for food, we were told that the only thing that was available was a chicken sandwich - this was very poor and certainly not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. We had to wait ages to be served drinks at the pool and also had to ask twice for towels which finally arrived 20minutes after sitting down on sun loungers - very frustrating when we wanted to go for a swim.
The charges for taxis from the hotels were always at least 40% higher than if we found a taxi driver ourselves - again, I would expect the hotel to be honest and ensure that their guests weren't been ripped off.
Rooms were good - clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent although the staff were very slow at serving drinks.

Go to Le Foundouk and Bo-Zin restaurants - London prices but both excellent.
