“ the hotel was not up to standard. how can a hotel be 4 star and it doesn't have a iron. before i arrived the hotel i payed for everything but when i reached the hotel we weren't booked in and they asked me too pay again.

“ Definitely not a 4* hotel. Don't know where they got the pictures from but our room and bathroom looked nothing like the pictures on the web. Very disappointing. Cheap buffet food, but must admit quite tasty but never very warm. Fortunately we are not fussy eaters.

“ Convinient locaation, but not a 4* hotel by any standards. Reception was nice, rooms were not up to standard and the hotel is situated in a noisy area, be sure to ask for a room towards the back of the hotel... where you will get no sun due to the large back wall. The pool looks nice (it was going through the "big clean" while we were there so we didnt use it) as was the fitness suite. The pool is in shade all day so dont ewxpect to do any sunbathe, although there is a sun terrece on the 7th floor. Reception staff were helpful but the bar and restaurant staff needed a little financial assistance to be friendly. Overall a nice hotel conviniently located for all the elements of Marrakech (30 minutes walk to the Medina and about the same to the bars / clubs, which are all based in other hotels / reastaurants.

“ The hotel is clean and the staff welcoming. The pool is great and the food served at the resturant is fine. First time to Morrocco and this hotel and really enjoyed the stay.

Top Tip:
The market square is around a 30 minutes walk from the hotel, however the market is a must in the evening, it was great!
Make sure when getting a taxi that you check the price first as you may need to barter for the price to make sure you are not being over charged.
Be prepared to bater in the markets, whatever the seller wants offer halfm we found this worked most of the time.

“ This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The lobby, bar and restaurant are lovely but the real winning feature is the garden and pool area. It is stunning. Guests can lounge near the pool all day on sun loungers (I did this as it was warm even in January) with an endless supply of towels.

The modern is present only where comfort imposes it. The hotel is located at 5min from the city centre and 10min from the Marrakech Menara Airport.
“ We had a good room with a very nice bathroom, the staff were helpful and polite Breakfast was gave a wide choice of local and continental items. Unfortunately dinner was a disappointment.
