“This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The lobby, bar and restaurant are lovely but the real winning feature is the garden and pool area. It is stunning. Guests can lounge near the pool all day on sun loungers (I did this as it was warm even in January) with an endless supply of towels. The water was cool but no worse than Norfolk in July! The rooms are excellent, the beds really comfortable and the level of service fantastic. Better than all of that was the food -- I wasn't expecting much as it was only 10 pounds more for half board but I would have paid 50 pounds for that lunch! It is all buffet style but each dish is delicious and there a great deal of choice. The staff are super nice in the restaurant. You pay extra for drinks only, but these are very reasonably priced.
You can also pay extra to use the Spa -- this is lovely and well worth it with a heated indoor pool and various other treatments available. The atmosphere was tranquil and luxurious (although it does help if you speak French).
The only slight complaint I would have is that the staff at the front desk are a little brusque at first but if you attempt to chat or smile, they soon warm up to you.
This is a lovely hotel; I cannot believe how inexpensive it was. I'll be returning with my children next time.

“Well situated hotel, staff are very pleasant and helpful, good facilities and comfortable rooms . The hotel's website states the outdoor pool is heated and there is an indoor pool. This was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel, but the outdoor pool is not heated and the indoor pool is part of the spa (and is too expensive to use on a regular basis.) The spa is a lovely facility, however does not give the impression that it is well managed - e.g.book a manicure but pay extra for nail varnish and only 1 colour available, towels not always available for pool, etc.

“Our room was spacious with all the asked for extra beds available. The cleaning and room service is excellent. Reception staff are specifically friendly. Even management people are always involved in all the facilities and very helpful. We very much appreciated their lovely approach to children. We thank Mrs Nada (who also works in management and brought presents to our children before our leaving day). Altogether wonderful hotel with all the required facilities and excellent staff and hospitality.

“We booked this hotel for a week to spend with the Kids. As we arrived there the hotel told us there is only one swimming pool outside which was freezing and there was one heated pool indoors but kids were not allowed to used and adults had to pay 100 Dirham per hour. The safe wasn't free either in the room, We asked for an Iron which wasn't available, they asked us to pay for our clothes to be ironed. Food was ok but being Full Board we expected soft drinks to be included but the charge ridiculous price: 30 Dirham for 1 Coke. We stayed one night and decided to checkout and book another hotel. It's a good business hotel not for Kids or Holidays.
