Very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms with a free upgrade on arrival. Breakfast was lovely with good selection. Outdoor area was picturesque with view of the mountains and large pool and modern outdoor area. Staff were friendly and attentive (Some reviews clearly don't account for cultural differences). The restaurant for dinner and drinks are expensive and food is average at best. Its worth the cheap taxi journey (70d) or free shuttle into town for dinner and drinks. Little is complimentary in the hotel, you have to pay for everything (spa, indoor pool, tea, coffee etc in room). However wifi is free in reception!

Top Tip: Supermarket close by. Taxi from airport should only cost 100d. Pool view is best

Check-in date:

Hotel has real potential, good sized rooms, lovely lounge and excellent sized swiming pool, although very cold so not well used. Food is good in the restaurants although the menu lacks a wide choice and starters are especially limited. Service and presentation of some staff can be below that expected of a five star premium hotel.

Top Tip: Hotel is quite remote although there is a shopping centre and cinema within walking distance.

Check-in date:

Wonderful hotel that had that ultra relaxing sweet smell of orange oil throughout (if you’re a spa junky you will know it as soon as it hits you!). Pretty chilly pool, but on an August day a welcome relief. Room was very nice, spacious, good view of the pool. Spa here is over priced though, comparable to English prices. Room service yummy. Concierge really nice, waiting staff really friendly. Only downside was utterly miserable, snotty reception staff who had stand up row in front of us on checkout! Funny on reflection but receptionist really let the whole place down with her surly attitude.

Top Tip: Breakfast - mini green cakes taste like marzipan - heavenly!

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The lobby, bar and restaurant are lovely but the real winning feature is the garden and pool area. It is stunning. Guests can lounge near the pool all day on sun loungers (I did this as it was warm even in January) with an endless supply of towels.

The hotel was fine but not 5* the items that need addressing are 1) noise on late arrivals and not being ask to quite down. 2) phone not working properly'crackley 3) asking from room service menu and not understanding( cheese and ham samwich!) 4) AC very poor 5) no towels on arival 6) building noise on opersite building not all the time.

Lovely, peaceful riad. It is in the centre of the medina, two minutes walk from the Jemaa central square but down an alleyway so no noise. The rooms were lovely, really pretty and an excellent Marrakech experience.
