“ I really can't fault this hotel on value for money and politeness of staff. The room I was in though was very cold due to the airconditioner/heater not working properly, however there was a lot of hot water so I just had deep baths to warm up. All in all I would stay there again.

“ Very accommodating staff. Lovely rooms and good breakfast. Unfortunately too much to do in Marrakech to sample all the available facilities.
“ Top Tip: 40 minute walk from Medina, but good coffee shops en route.

This is a beautiful moroccan style hotel but not suitable for winter as the temperature throughout the hotel is less than adequate.
Dinner at the hotel was an ordeal as all the guests had to wear their winter coats & were still shivering.
The evening meals were disappointing with a lot of carbohydrates & cheap cuts of meat (chicken & turkey). Desserts were regurlarly oranges. Half board is a rip off.

“ We arrived at this hotel on 16th December for a 2 week stay on a half board basis. The room, the decor and staff were fine, but it was the coldest hotel i have ever stayed in. The staff did give my wife and i an electric heater for the bedroom which was welcomed but eating in the dining area at night was really an uncomfortable experience as we had to wrap up well due to how cold it was in there. This hotel may be ok. in the searing summer heat, but i most certainly would not contemplate returning there outwith the summer months.

“ It is what it is 3 Star. It is a beautiful hotel decorated I presume in traditional Morrocan style very picturesque. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly especially Hassan. Only downside which would have made a world of difference for my partner was the lack of hot water, it was okish for me!
“ Top Tip: El Fassia restaurant - Great food

Entirely air conditioned it has 50 well equipped rooms with bath, television, telephone and loggia. At the ground floor you will have the pleasure of discovering its Moroccan sitting room, its bar as well as its 2 restaurants where you will have the occasion to taste the delicacy of Moroccan and international cuisine. this without forgetting its panoramic terrace (bar / café) at the 6th floor with a great view on the city.

Good value 3 star hotel right next to the old Medina and overlooking the Atlas mountains. One of the best locations in the city for exploring the sights. The hotel has 165 comfortable rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and safety deposit boxes. All have full en suite bathrooms and most have balconies. Room service is available until midnight. There is a restaurant that serves daily specials and Moroccan cuisine. Half board is available (breakfast is buffet and dinner is usually waiter service). There is a comfortable lounge and a snack bar (alchohol is not served in the hotel).
“ 1.I found the hotel staff feindly and helpful and they spoke good english. 2.Breakfast very basic 3.I had a single room with balcony at front of hotel, it was noisey when the windows were open but i wanted this so i could see all the hustle.

This brand new apparthotel offers 162 bedrooms all with a typical moroccan living room and very well equipped for long or short, business or leisure stays. Rooms are with a light decor, white-tiled flooring and are all of a good size for an appart hotel right in the center of Marrakech. All have balconies with a garden view, air-conditionning, telephone, satellite channels, safe and all bathrooms are with bath or shower.
