problems with getting any thing to room
on a certain day no towels replaced had to wait for one hour
breakfast not enough selection on buffet not enough staff not enough cutlery
bar lounge full of smoke not suitable for non smokers even when no smokers present dark and dingy
alcohol prices very dear
please note you are not allowed to take in any drinks or food from outside they
are confiscated

I can honestly say the worst 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in. In fact you cannot really seriousl claim this to be a 5 star hotel - more like a poor 3 star.
The hotel was full of noisy yobs who kept us awake until 4am in the morning. The acoustic insulation in the floor is rubbish and when I complained to the manager we were moved to another room where we suffered similar noise from other young people staying at the hotel.
I reported the problems to the desk before checking out of the hotel and requested that we be paid compensation before leaving the hotel - I was politely told to get lost. Give this one a miss unless you are desperate.
