On arrival the staff were quite indifferent when checking you in. Not all of the amenities in the room worked. However having experienced what it was like spending 1 night in the Old Town - you will soon be glad to be outside of the city walls. Never got to utilize the poolside fully nor the surrounding shopping mall.
Very clean hotel. But when in North Africa and one feels the urge to experience the charms and originality of a 'Riad' then do not pick a Western standard hotel. However the Ryad Mogador Kasbah served it purpose and the free busses were great if you did not want to spend anything between £2 and £10 for short trip into the main area.
Free wifi was appreciated and breakfast was very nice.
All in all - cannot fault the hotel.

Top Tip:
Make sure you know where the shuttle-bus picks up from town as it can get a little crowded.
Speaking French fluently will also help to 'charm' the hotel staff.

“ whilst in general it was o.k. our hair dryer in our room did not work and we told reception, they said it would be fixed straight away, it wasnt , we complained every day til we left,still not fixed... although not a big problem its typical of the service. the food was only average although well laid out and clean. the hotel is in the middle of a wasteland with nothing nearby. the hotel run a free bus into town every 2 hours mon. to fri... the pool is very good and well kept

Shuttle bus from the hotel to the city centre is very convenient.
Hotel is located at a peaceful area away from the busy city.
Overall a very nice luxury hotel.
“ Top Tip: Hotel is a 10min walk to a small shopping centre with small restaurants although they are open at odd hours.

“ Was a pleasure to stay at this hotel, although there are a few upsetting factors such as the English is spoken very little, i think only 2 managed broken English the rest spoke with french arrogance. it being a 4* hotel it only had one iron and iron board to share between all of it guests. the dining was a magnificent room, buffet was set out to a good standard but hygiene levels were abysmal, there were two small birds which flew all around the inside of hotel, they come into the dining room and perch themselves on the food displayed in the buffet. such vermin infested creatures should not be allowed in the hotel let alone the dining hall.
“ Top Tip: T.G.I Fridays is less then 5 mins away in a shopping complex complete with a cinema.

Hotel very clean. Staff helpful & polite
No information on/about hotel in room - no meal times, phone usage, entertainment, excursions etc.
Buffet Breakfast & Dinner great choice.
Hotel in an area away from city centre and building work continues, also be aware of hotel comment... 4km from airport that is near!!!
Definately use the courtsey bus to & from centre, we found it reliable.
Only downside was loud music at pool... i thought i was in an Ibiza nightclub, not condusive to relaxation.

A beautiful design within a typically Moroccan framework, Kenzi Tichka Marrakech is recently renovated to ensure the comfort of our customers. The work of the decorator Bill Willis has his originality and its refinement in the exclusive use of the Moroccan craft industry according to the purest traditions of Moorish art. The modern is present only where comfort imposes it. The hotel is located at 5min from the city centre and 10min from the Marrakech Menara Airport.
“ We had a good room with a very nice bathroom, the staff were helpful and polite Breakfast was gave a wide choice of local and continental items. Unfortunately dinner was a disappointment.
