Very nice hotel, I would recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech. It is quite a way out from the centre, 5+ miles but the hotel provides a free shuttle which we made the most of. Marrakech is not the cleanest of cities so we found being away from the centre a benefit.
The staff are mainly french speaking along with most of the guests, which did cause some problems but they did their best to speak to us in English.
The hotel was very quiet during our visit, maybe only 10 guests at one time so if you want a lively holiday maybe not the place to go.

The Hotel was magnificent up along the Formidable Drive and just as spectacular inside with the Traditional Mosaics and settings with Fountains and also the gardens are very grand and well laid out also a mini zoo and golf although the table tennis was and extra to pay we were told by information The whole hotel and grounds very spacious yet very homely. The Staff were excellent and extremely helpful and couldnt do enough for us from simply put up parasols when we looked like we needed help they were there for everything including finding tables in the restaurent when it was overcrowded, carrying bags without even being asked
The food was good and i shouldnt have eaten the ice cream it didnt agree with my stomach but the on site Doctor was very helpfull with medication, The local children were fine with it.
The reception staff spoke English some more than others but very helpful The waiters had some knowledge of English but knew what we wanted anyway
The maids who cleaned the room were brilliant and extremely competant and clean.
The Huge pool had waterfalls and shaped in various interesting ways also very clean
NOW for the downside there was constant loud music nearly all day from friday to Sunday especially the drums and no escape from it as it was broadcast all over the pool areas and could be heard in our room that was some distance away. Do not go to this Hotel it you want a peaceful. Tranquil Holiday although the guys there encouraged people to join in with all sorts of activities if you wanted to. When we arrived there was about 50 people or so then on the thursday I think suddenly 700 people from Casablanca flooded the place so that it was so annoying being pushed and shoved at times by them trying to get their meals and eat quickly for some reason ?? their was always plenty of food, just there way i guess so dont go in the school hoildays in the 3rs week of september to be sure is better there was some shops there which where empty it would have been nice to have a little super market as the town is about 25mins away by hotel transport we where picked up for our hotel and dropped off to the airport we where disappointed that no representive ever came to our hotel so we could arrange trips but lucky for us my partner speaks a little arabic and we arranged outings at reception i think that it is important to have a rep at the hotel that could speak english.

“ We have recently returned from Sangho Privilege Hotel having spent 7 nights there. The quality of service was very good, the staff did everything to make sure your stay was an enjoyable one. When we were there were only French nationals staying as guests, its a pity as I think there would be a lot of brits who would enjoy this hotel. The shuttle service to town was reliable and prompt and the hotel offered a number of excursions. We went with our two children, one being 6 the other being 2 - they both thoroughly enjoyed it.

“ we stoped there 1 night only so we did't get the chance to experiance everything, my critisism are the room has no haire dryer, no tea and coffee facilities and noisy at nights. the entertainement in the bar at night was very boring, and it was all baout the french people even french music all night. also the facilities in the hotel like sauna and gym are all on extra charge and it's very expinsive couldnt afford it so we had a swim in the heated pool which it was the only free one. having said that the restaurent was alright and the staff was very friendly. So basing on all that i rate this hotel on 3 stars or maybe less.
“ Top Tip: free shuter bus from the hotel to city center running every hour.
