Good hotel overall, we had all inclusive deal so everything was included, food was good but same-ish every day,this place is surrounded by tress and lovely greenery and atmospehere is lovely, good experince overall..
Bad thing is that most staff only speak french or arabic, and very limited english,so do brush up on your french skills
“ Top Tip: dont take a taxi outside the hotel, they know foriegners will pay anything,instead walk outside onto main street and ask the driver to use the counter, from this hotel to jema elfennah it shouldnt cost you anymore than 25 dhms

Lovely Hotel. The photos don't do it justice.
It is limited if you have children that need to be entertained all the time as there is only 1 pool (with not quite enough beds). The pool does have a good sized area for children.
There are not really any daytime activities for the children and the 1 pool table didn't have a cue ball.
We have a 6 year old and 8 year old and they were just happy to play in the pool all day with other children they met.

Excellent grounds well maintained. Very good tennis courts, hardly used. Nice staff.
Food became very samey, since of course it is the same every day
Rooms were fine, everything worked and they were well cleaned

it is only 10 min from the old square. Well situated. The swimming pool is lovely.

“ This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The lobby, bar and restaurant are lovely but the real winning feature is the garden and pool area. It is stunning. Guests can lounge near the pool all day on sun loungers (I did this as it was warm even in January) with an endless supply of towels.

“ Very nice hotel, I would recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech. It is quite a way out from the centre, 5+ miles but the hotel provides a free shuttle which we made the most of. Marrakech is not the cleanest of cities so we found being away from the centre a benefit.

Being a 4 star hotel it should have had at least a fridge in the room. Good restaurants are within 10/15mins drive. jama al fena is about 15/20min walk from the hotel

Imperial Plaza Hotel & SPA is definitely a beautiful location situated at the heart of Marrakech in Semlalia square the much known hotels place. It has a very special structure and offers a magnificent view on Marrakech. From its 6th floor, you can admire the Atlas Mountains; the famous “Koutoubia” mosque which is at 08 minutes by car. The airport and the royal golf are at 15 minutes, and the famous “Jamaa Lafna” Place is only at 15 minutes.
“ We enjoyed our stay at this hotel but were shocked to be charged a hotel tax of a 100 dirham for 3 days when we thought all such payments would have been included in the holiday price
