We had a brilliant view from our window over the Kashbah with the reserviour behind.
Rooms were nice and clean, and everything worked well. There is a nice swimming pool for adults and children (bit shallow at one end). Breakfasts were adequate most of the time with occasional lapses with bread, butter, etc.
As you may expect (being part of a big chain) it wasn't very Moroccan!
It said that there was archery facilities in the pre booking blurb, we couldn't find them!
As with the Ibis in Fez (which we also stayed at) the reception area were not over helpful.
However, it satisfied most of our needs and we would stay there again.

Top Tip:
Try Desert Dream for your excursions (10 mins from the Hotel), they were most helpful.
Next door we bought argon oil products cheaper than anywhere else we found towards Marrakesh.
There is a little museam (film props and real antiques) in the Mellah behind the Kasbah (10 min's walk from the hotel) which we found very interesting.

“ A nice, clean, modern hotel. Room and bathroom were faultless. The hotel is built on a hill overlooking the Kasbah and we had a good view. The pool looked really inviting but not in late December! The staff here were really helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant meal was fine and the breakfasts were plentiful if lacking in variety. A much better value than the 4*s we stayed in, in Casablanca and Fez. Definitely a recommendation although you should bring your own soap and shampoo as it's not provided and there was no hand towels.
“ Top Tip: We found a restaurant 1km (clockwise) from the hotel 'The 3 Thes' (3 Teas) which would discreetly allow us to have wine with our meal. The food was good and cheap. If there's time for a trip, make the journey to Zagora and the sand dunes 30kms beyond.
