“ Hotel staff rather indifferent. Breakfast was Ok if you like rolls! There is a private car park but tips are expected and then you get charged!

THE HOTEL DID NOT FUNCTIONED ON A 24 HOURLY BASIS AS THEY CLOSED THE DOORS AT CERTAIN OF THE NIGHTS.
THE STAFF WERE NOT FRIENDLY,ACTCUALLY NOT HELPFUL AND EVEN APPEARED LAZY WHEN APPROACHED.
THE TOILET WERE BROKEN AND HAVE TO ASK THEM TO FIX IT AND AT ONE POINT THEY DID NOT PROVIDE WITH TOILET ROLL MAY BE BECAUSE I KEEP POINTING OUT THEIR LACK OF SUPPORT.
FROM THURDAY NIGHT TO FRIDAY ALL DAY THERE WERE NOT HOT WATER AND THE STAFF WERE INDIFERRENT AND ARROGANT.

It was nice. Staff were friendly english speaking. Easy to find. It's right outside the Medina gates and there is a huge sign. You won't miss it. Was difficult finding it on google maps at first so in the end our map we had was completely wrong. We had to ask people in french to get there. Didn't take that long though everyone seem to know it and if not just ask for the medina. It's close to the other main attractions like the beach and Mausolee de Mohammed V (must see).
The room was HUGE and clean.
The breakfast was nice. Orange juice, yoghurts, bread, jam, little pastry desserts, cake (I don't have tea or coffee so I don't remember sorry)
I would recommend this hotel.
