Found hotel to be very good value for money with breakfast included. The rooms were not the superior ones but the basic ones, we were not able to upgrade but for the price you get what you pay for.
Walls are very thin Beware !
Staff were helpful during our visit and spoke English.
We were a bit aprehensive about the hotel from other reviews but found it was OK , have stopped at worse.
“ Top Tip: Happy bar Restaurant about 15 mins walk down road was nice for price. Try the Tiramisu pudding its lush. Alkohole shop (off licence) next to bar was 1/3 of price of hotel for beer. Buses (152, 192 ) run along main road every 5-10 mins to Krakow Bus Station for 2.8 Zloty

“ The hotel in truth is exactly what we were expecting for the amount we paid. The staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms basic and clean. The only complaint we had was that there was quite extensive building work taking place that we weren't aware of. Again this was not really an issue and internally you couldn't tell, but they started drilling about 7:30 am... Didn't spoil a cracking mini break though!
“ Top Tip: The Jewish Quarter was excellent for Restaurants. A trip to Auschwitz was a fascinating and very moving trip. There were 6 of us and we paid when we got there for a private, English speaking guide. Worked out about £7 each and was nice to be able to ask questions and avoid a large group. Not for everyone as it was quite heavy and very moving, glad I went though.

“ WE GOT WHAT WE PAID FOR ?, BREAKFAST LOOKING AT ON OTHER HOTELS WE HAVE STAY AT BELOW AVERAGE ?, ROOMS AGAIN WHAT WE PAID FOR ?, CLEANER CAME EVERY DAY BUT AGAIN WHAT WE PAID FOR ?. HOTEL STAFF TRIED TO BE FRIENDLY BUT NOT A LOT OF SMILES ?. BUILDERS IN STARTING AT 6 am ?. WOULD WE GO BACK TO KRAKOW A + YES, WOULD WE STAY AT THE SAME HOTEL NO ?.
“ Top Tip: IF YOU GO ON EXCURTIONS / TRIPS DONT BOOK AT HOTEL WE WERE CHARGED 70 ZLOTY MORE THAT IF WE HAD BOOKED T/ INFO. THE ZOO IS A + MUST, WALKED ROUND IT FOR 4 HOURS, VERY CLEAN A MUST FOR CHILDREN AND VERY CHEAP, ADULT 7 ZLOTY (£3.50) CHILDREN / OAPs 3.5 ZLOTY (£1.75). IF YOU TRAVEL BY BUS/TRAM BE SURE TO PUNCH TICKET IN MACHINE, WE DID NOT AND WERE FIND 217 ZOLTY GET 72 HOUR BUS/ TRAM PASS FOR 25 ZLOTY TRAVEL ALL YOU WANT. KRAKOW LOTS TO SEE AND DO. Basic hotel. Breakfast basic continental. Beds basic.
Trying to find this hotel in the dark difficult and the on line map was very poor.
Its quite a way from the centre.
“ Top Tip: A good restaurant not far from the hotel open till 10pm.
