“ Welcoming staff, very willing to help. Clean Hotel, something for everyone at breakfast. Could do with more coffee, tea etc in the rooms as not enough and no cartons of milk but we do drink a lot of coffee, saying that 1 or 2 sachets for 24 hours is poor but that is the only gripe we had. Only 5 mins(ish) from the centre
“ Top Tip: Airport to town via train is very cheap compared to taxi and train station is only 15 mins from hotel. Salt mines are 68 zloty entrance and 7 zloty via train or bus so quite a saving on the tour prices and the bus stops right outside the mines. Only a 10-15 min ride by bus to mines.

The staff were very friendly & helpful , the hotel itself was a maintained to a high standard.
“ Top Tip: There are many great bars and resturants within easy walking distance of the hotel & it's situated in a great location to explore the area by foot.

“ Staff were helpful and though our room was not ready we were given a drink while waiting and upgraded to an executive room. Rooms, while not the largest are well equipped with choice of pillows. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. We did not eat in the dining room so am unable to comment. The hotel is within 10minutes walk of the main market square and Kashimierz (the old Jewish quarter) so is well situated but not noisy.
