Hotel is in a great location for all the sights only 10 mins walk to the old market square, views of the river and castle were wonderful especially at night when every where was lit up.
The staff were the most helpful staff that I have come across around the world nothing was too much for them.
Breakfast very good something for everyone, rooms quiet and very clean,and dont forget the pool facilities which were could not have asked for a better hotel

Top Tip:
When walking to the square a good idea is to cross the road to the river, walk under the bridge and take steps up by the castle instead of walking all the way to the underpass and back.
There are lots of little restaurants in the side streets just make sure you have some good walking shoes as those feet are going to hurt. Doesn't matter though you will just love the ambience of Krakow

“ Lovely Hotel. Staff all very friendly and willing to help. Hotel only 10-15min walk to the old square and tram across the road.Swimming pool area was great and not very busy which was nice. Great variety for breakfast.

Top Tip:
Book a private taxi at the hotel receiption to go to Auschwitz- Birkenau, it may cost a little more but the service was great.
Request a room with a view over the castle, it is lovely.

“ A really good quality hotel with excellent service. Bit of a walk into the main city centre - took us about 15 minutes brisk walk in the cold, however, taxis were very cheap and its right on a main tram and train route into town. Its also only about 10 minutes walk to the Schindler factory.
