“ A really good quality hotel with excellent service. Bit of a walk into the main city centre - took us about 15 minutes brisk walk in the cold, however, taxis were very cheap and its right on a main tram and train route into town. Its also only about 10 minutes walk to the Schindler factory.
“ Top Tip: Try the apperitif restaurant just off the main square. Amzing food at very affordable prices. We also used krakowshuttle.com for our transfers and trip to Auschwitz and the salt mines. Very good value and excellent reliability and service.

“ Top Tip: Easy access to Tram stop just across road which took you into Main Square of Krakow, buttaxis were also very cheap. Great location

“ fab hotel inmany ways. position great for trams to old town shrine of divine mercy and salt mines.ask for room with view of river floor 6 or 7 wonderful view.leisure facilities are great. sit in sauna or steam room and watcg sunset! pool warm jacuzzi hot everything spotless. Bar cheap and effiecient but sitting area cold as doors opening regulary. restaurant warmer but food cold every breakfast and scrambled eggs too runny.the hotel is adjacent to the jewish getto during ww1 and venerated by the polish, this is a norwegian chain hotel. we felt honoured to stay in such an historic area and slept soundly after praying for the lost jews.the reception staff werevery helpful spoke good english. didnot want to go home but asked themto cookthe eggs!

“ I found the hotel generally good value. It was clean and comfortable with nice hot shower. The buffet breakfast was superb. Unfortunately, the sauna was not available/working and I had the impression that this facility had not been around for some time.
