“ staff extremely polite and helpful. did not eat there so cannot comment on the food. was on a bus route to the centre of the town but used local taxis, these cost around 22 slotty's (roughly £4.50) so for 4 passengers was not bad. rooms were clean and warm, with towels changed every day. internet was available in the rooms and there was a tray with tea and coffee, which was replenished every day. on reflection would have liked to have been a bit more central but would stay there again at the price we paid.

“ hotel too far from krakow centre. Could take 3/4 to 1 hour taking a tram and a bus. Noisy with coach trips talking loudly in corridors late at night,young travellers running down corridors and early morning departures walking up sleeping guests. Hotel rooms clean,warm ,comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Also nice swimming pool and sauna although it didn't open until 5pm.
“ Top Tip: supermarket at rear of hotel open unitl late . Not much else close by.

“ For the price the hotel was very good....had all the amenities, swimming pool, gym, sauna, restaurant and bar. The rooms were excellent and did not expect such a good standard for the price
“ Top Tip: Krakow town is 25 Zlotty away, about a fiver in a taxi!!
