This is a luxury boutique resort hotel with only 20 suites using wine as its inspiration, distinguished by the seamless manner in which contemporary architecture blends into nature, promoting a unique atmosphere of understated luxury and simple beauty. This spa complex was built in 2011 and has an artificial lake, vineyards, a spa and a restaurant. The premises are air-conditioned and guests are welcomed in a lobby. 24-hour reception and check-out services are available. There is a hotel safe, Internet access and a children's playground on offer. There is a wine club and winery, with a store with regional products and a cellar with a multifunctional events room. The medieval town of Montemor-o-Novo in evora is a Unesco World Heritage Site, with its cathedral, Moorish architecture, medieval palaces and churches. The area has so much to offer including the wine route of Alentejo, the beautiful hilltop village of Monsaraz and Lake Alqueva, megalithic archaeological sites and the unspoiled beaches of Alentejo. Faro Airport is approximately 257 km away and Lisbon Airport is some 100 km from the hotel.Each Skyview Suite is an exclusive retreat with 120 m2 and an extraordinary view of the garden, vineyards, lake and the surrounding region, with an intimate and romantic atmosphere. They feature a large terrace with a fireplace and a private patio with an indoor heated plunge pool. They allow their guests to literally sleep under the stars, as it is possible to open the roof of each bedroom suite. All suites have a king-size exclusive bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Each room has a heated floor, iPod docking station, Egyptian cotton linen, an iPad, a pillow menu and free wireless Internet access among other facilities. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a bath and a hairdryer. A direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, safe, minibar and individually regulated air conditioning are standard features in all accommodation units.The leisure and entertainment offers are unlimited at this resort. They include wine tasting and courses at the winery, the delicatessen and bar.
