Dom José Beach Hotel in Quarteira/Vilamoura totally renewed in January 2011. This unit is one of the most well located in the Algarve, with beachfront location and an absolutely beautiful view over the deep blue Atlantic Ocean. Just 20 minutes from Faro International Airport and 5 minutes from Vilamoura. In front of the Hotel, a long promenade invites you to a healthy walk and sightseeing and access to the famous Vilamoura marina. Enjoy the good local restaurants with typical food of the region.
“ This was my 1st visit to the Algarve in Portugal, The Dom Jose Beach Hotel in Quartiera was lovely which gave an excellent view of the beach and the sea and a beautiful sunset in the evenings. Unfortunately this was out of season and most places were closed and hardly any holiday makers were there, also there was no entertainment to be found.

Located only 50 metres from the beautiful sandy beach and the promenade of Quarteira. Vilamoura is just a short taxi ride away. This attractive resort features a restaurant serving a variety of typical local and international dishes, coffee-shop, bar and a swimming pool for guests to enjoy. All rooms are tastefully decorated, equipped with air conditioning, television, radio and telephone.
“ This hotel isn't luxurious but is good value for money, staff friendly and helpful, food is fairly basic but what you'd expect for the money, there is plenty of choice outside if you want a change. 'Good Value'.

This hotel, constructed in a modern style and located close to the beach, the cosmopolitan Marina of Vilamoura and the Casino, has a lobby, a Bar and restaurant where spend time reading, having a quiet drink or a meal, either e Carte or buffet, in comfortable but yet modern surroundings. The hotel also offers to its guests a terrace and gardens.
“ We stayed at this hotel in low season, so the resort in general was quiet. The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern. It is convenient to the centre of Vilamoura and the beach less then ten minute walk with no uphill struggles!!! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel features include an outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, and bars among many other facilities. The Quarteira Sol is located approximately 150 m from the beach and 28 km from Faro Airport.

In a peaceful location between Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura, close to many beautiful beaches as well as a range of activities, the Pinhal do Sol Hotel is in an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. Come and enjoy the best that the Algarve tourism has to offer, explore the region and enjoy the most of the beaches and have fun at the Algarve nights. The property is placed at a kilometre from the golf course and 3 kilometres from the city. The Pinhal do Sol Hotel features 56 comfortable rooms with direct telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV and safety deposit box. Facilities within the hotel include a bar, snack-bar, restaurants, 2 swimming pools, parking area, bike rental, tennis court and transportation to the beautiful beach.
“ hotel is brilliant for older people who enjoy a quiet very relaxing holiday. Facilities are excellent and the food, although a little repetative was fine. Courtesy bus was available to the beach and marina. My review is based on the period over xmas and new year. The highlight of the holiday was the very helpful and friendly nature of the staff

Built in 1985 and renovated, this hotel offers a total of 60 rooms in a 2 storey main building. The hotel has a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a cafe and a lift. The TV room and the air-conditioned e la carte restaurant with children's highchairs invite guests to visit. In addition, there is a conference room and a public Internet terminal. There is a kids' club and a playground available for children. Guests may park their cars in the car park or the garage. Room and medical services are available on request.
“ After reading other peoples reviews prior to going on holiday, we were a little doubtfull as to weather we had made the right choice, but after spending a week at the hotel ZODIACO we are in no doubt that the right choice was made.

Well positioned apartment complex only 400m from the beach and resort centre. All apartments have satelite TV, safety deposit box, terrace or balcony, full bathroom and kitchen. There is a pool an sun terrace for you to relax and the property also has its own bar and restaurant. A 2 star property we have classified a 3. Previously called the Urbamar Apartments, now renamed Kings. Small loacl charge for room safes and TVs.
“ These apartments are in a residential quarter of the town, but are only a 5 minute walk to beautiful sandy beaches. Similarly the local stores are an 8 minute walk and larger supermarkets are a short bus ride away.

One bedroom two bedroom and three bedroom apartments exceptionally located on the beach front. The apartments are fully fitted and have a wonderful ocean view. They have the support of a reception and a surrounding commercial area.
“ Apartments were quite old and need updating. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Cooker needs replacing old and rusty Balcony was very low and could easily fall over it. Reception was approx 5 minute walk away in an office. No remote for television.
