“ We felt we were mislead by the information provided by yourselves on the dining options. It stated there were 2 restaurants by in fact half board guests were only entitled to eat in the Kitchen restaurant which was a buffet style. Had we known this we wouldn't have booked as we do not like this type of evening meal.I think it should be clearly stated what is included in a half board booking. Also the other restaurant "Brown" was only open 3 nights per week and if guests wanted to eat there you had to pay the full cost. Both restaurants served food which was nearer 3 star than 5.

“ Really beautiful hotel excellent service and hospitality. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely go back. The beach very close in fact a just across the road! Amazing clean beach and good beach bars.

“ The hotel was a fantastic experiance, 5 star treatment, cleanleness and modern decor and pools realy made a fantastic break, would recommend this hotel to mainly couples who want a relaxing break in the sun with only a 20 minute stroll to the marina and village of lagos.
“ Top Tip: The family run restaurant callen jardin was a very good traditional restaurant located 20 yards away.

The hotel & staff were lovely. The food wasn't quite up to 5 star although the prices were. We used the Fresco bar on a lunch time & the wait for food was LONG (all they served was toaties & salads....which shouldn't take long to prepare). We also used the buffet on an evening & this was VERY expensive (30 euros each) No shops nearby which meant buying drinks round the pool expensive. approx 30 min wak into Lagos where there were many restaurants & a supermarket but in 30 degree heat is a feat!!
Hotel would benefit immensly if they put on a shuttle bus into town as sometimes the wait for a taxi on an evening could be up to an hour as so many people also were waiting.
“ Top Tip: There were 2 little beach restaurants directly opposite the hotel on the walkway to the beach - they both served lovely fresh fish which is great for during the day & cheap too.
