“ Staff very friendly professional and helpful
All hotel areas kept very clean
Food good and drinks/cocktails lovely
Some rooms are a distance from the main areas, and would recommend upgrading from a basic room.

Not much close to resort as it is fairly remote, but there is everything you need within the resort, and can use the free bus provided 4 times a day into Albufeira

“ The hotel and grounds are lovely.  Everything is very clean and the room and bathroom we had (superior) were very spacious.  Comments have been left that the beds are soft so we were either lucky or they have replaced the mattresses as they were extremely comfortable.  The staff are really professional and friendly - nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always smiling.  The beach is lovely and not too much of a walk.

On the downside you will need to like loud music around the pool as it is played intermittently from 10am. The sound proofing in the rooms isn't great and if you have noisy neighbours you will hear them! 

On the food side there is something to cater for most tastes and we enjoyed most of our meals.  The salads, cold dishes and desserts are lovely but some of the meat dishes were a bit bland for us.

“ Top Tip: We got a taxi into villamoura which is very nice and worth a visit but it is walkable along the beach - we walked back and it took about half an hour.  It's a lovely walk but stick to the beach rather than the cliff path unless you have walking boots on and don't mind steep inclines!

“ although we only stayed 3 nights the hotel was superb the staff were very polite and helpful food was excellent and the rooms were big and very clean the grounds of the complex are superb no problem getting sun loungers the beach was fantastic but had to walk down staircase that might be a problem for older people
