“
I requested ground floor apartment. Was given one with only 5-6 steps more but with better view. Total steps 99 .(No this is not a mistake.) Apartment very spacious, well equiped with all you could ask for. Fridge was on its last legs also Ice box door missing and front door did not close properly but it worked
Albufiera is a very steep hilled town where ever you go. Not advised for the disabled or very young families. The further down you go the higher the prices for ererything. "The old town" has virtually been demolished and replaced with a wide open area ringed by shops, cafes, bars, souvenier shops.
The beach, after a climb down, is fantastic. Stretches as far as you can see.
“ Top Tip: Some nice friendly little resteraunts turn left out of hotel Walk uphill to Dolphin sculpture. Follow sde road into small village. 2 or 3 very friendly cares there

“ For the money we paid, our apartment was excellent, stuck in a 1970's time warp, but clean, the maids were brilliant, they came in, cleaned and changed the linen 6 days a week. The main problem we had was electricity, if you put too much on at a time it flicked the mains switch so if you were cooking you needed to be aware. We did have several problems, the water heater element burnt out, there was a problem with the sewer these were dealt with by the staff very efficiently. More seriously we switched on the TV one morning and it blew up then burst into flames! This was dealt with by reception, within 5 mins we had a new apartment, our clothes that smelled of smoke were taken away and returned clean and ironed. The grounds and gardens are excellently maintained. These apartments are way uphill from the old town, but despite the problems we had I would not hesitate to return.
“ Top Tip: Walk down to the Marina for a coffee or beer, prices are reasonable and the comfy sofas and chairs are great for relaxing in.

“ Fantastic value for money apartments. Apartments are a bit dated but spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The electrics can be a bit dodgy if trying to use a lot of appliances but you soon work out what will trip the power and work round it. This was our third stay at this complex and we will def be returning. Jan, Feb and March is when any refurbishing and maintenance is carried out so it can be noisy with work being carried out and the pools may be closed for part of the time but the town has plenty to offer even in the winter months. The complex is def not suitable for anyone with mobility problems as it is built into the hillside, its all hills and steps, even the journey back from the town is all hill, but we find the trek worth it.
