“ Great place!!! Very clean, friendly staff and very helpfull. Close to the beach and within walking distance off New Town Albufiera. Would highly recomend.

“ Top Tip: If you want a good steak go to Farnells, just off the Strip.

“ Our second holiday here. Great place, decent well equipped apartments, decent entertainment.

My only criticism would be, that in my view some of the receptionists would benifit from a course in client care. However I would definately be quite happy to come here again.

“ Love this place, so much so this was our 2nd visit,lovely staff, great pools, near to beach and accomodation was good, great entertainment at night, indoor pool as well as 3 outside+ one with mini waterpark also a full size astro pitch for football and tennis court which kept kids happy. we will go back again in near future.

“ Top Tip: this hotel has its own access to the beach via some wooden steps great for if you forget anything! you dont have to walk as far as the main strip for eating out there are great reasonable restaurants to the right off the first roundabout and slightly past the first roundabout on your left into like a square is a chinese called HAPPY HOUSE all you can eat buffet 10euros for adults 550 for kids excellent value they even have sushi and you get a free liquor with the bill

“ Stayed sept.17-27with my mother and sister here and found it to be a great resort and suitable for all ages,you could stay on the complex and not travel into Albufeira and all your needs would be met.Maid/cleaning service excellent clean linen and towels 6 times in 10 days,pool bar staff at the main pool were lovely and friendly and no excessive waiting times as has been mentioned before and food here was excellent and competitively priced,best dressed salad accompanied main meals as opposed to the usual lettuce and tomato only and large white coffees to die for and the entertainment was good ,with client participation it was very good.Apartments were huge and spacious but our only complaint would be the size of the balcony it was miniscule and also a microwave would have been great but there was a toaster,iron and ironing board and a hairdryer and the t.v has a lot of the english channels not just sky news,reception staff were informative,friendly and efficient.Supermarket onsite has everything you could need,yes it is more expensive but convenience comes at a price especially when you are lugging 5 litres of water in 31 degree heat.Never ate in the aparthotel so can't comment.A lot of facilities for younger clients e.g tennis,astro turf,pools,jungle gyms and playgrounds and as a mother of 4 children 15-8 this resort would be top of my list for next years holiday in the knowledge that I know they won't be bored.My mother also found it very suitable for her age group and mobility problems and staff couldn't do enough to help all their clients.It is a good 20 minute walk to "the strip" but we had a car and there are loads of taxis in Albufeira and we also cheated by driving to the beach 70 steps were not an option for arthritic joints,all in all a great place to go.

“ Top Tip: Bank's restaurant in the old town has the nicest steak I have ever eaten and desserts to die for.Santa Eulilia beach accessible by steps from the Alfagar apartments is beautiful but we cheated and drove to it,loads of free parking and a restaurant insitu.Wonderful cheap pastries and coffee round the corner at the coffee shop at the end of "the strip"near the dual carriageway behind the ticket attraction booth.
