Accommodation

All rooms are equipped with direct telephone, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster and electric kettle (apart from the twin bedded rooms), satellite TV, baby cot (free on request. Cot counts as one pax in total room count), air condition, bath with shower, hair dryer and terrace or balcony. Important notice - The twin bedded rooms are of a hotel design and therefore have no cooking facilities and no terrace or balcony.

Food & Beverage

The Brisa Sols gourmet Dom Pio Restaurant provides buffet breakfast with a choice of continental and traditional English cooked fare including eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, croissants, fresh bread, fruit and cereals. There is an a la carte dinner menu with Portuguese and international dishes in addition to daily three course menu featuring a choice of starters, meat or fish main course and an irresistible selection of deserts. During the summer season (April-October) the pool-side Snack-Bar provides sandwiches, light meals and cooling drinks on a shaded esplanade. The hotel bar, Bar Algarve, with relaxed friendly atmosphere is a popular meeting place for guests and visitors. Among the range of fine beers, liqueurs and wines available, there is also a broad choice of cocktails, all perfectly mixed by experienced bar tenders. There is live music featuring different musicians and performers, or Karaoke, once or twice a week during the winter season, and 5-6 times per week during the summer months.

Sport & Leisure

The hotel has a heated indoor swimming pool for use during the winter season and an impressive and spacious outdoor swimming pool surrounded by lawns with sun-loungers and umbrellas. Adjacent to the main pool is the children’s pool where the very young can bathe in safety under watchful parental eyes. Brisa Sol has a squash court and a full size tennis court with flood lights for evening use. Bookings can be made at Reception. There is also a fully equipped fitness room with a varied range of fitness machines and equipment. After a turn in the fitness room why not enjoy a Turkish bath, sauna or relax in the whirlpool. The unit’s games room offers a range of pastimes and amusements including a 12-hole mini-putt, two snooker tables, table football and electronic games machines. Close by are some of the most renowned and glorious sandy beaches in the region and there is a wealth of world-class golf courses just a short drive away. The Aparthotel is just a short distance from shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants of Albufeira town centre.

Useful Information

As from January the 1st of 2008 smoking will be forbidden in all areas of the hotel. The nearest airport is the Faro International Airport and it is around 31 km from the hotel. The main old town centre is just a ten minute walk from the hotel and the beach about the same distance away.
