The appartments are well located,a 15 min walk to the left will take you to the Old town and 15 mins to the right will take you to The Strip.
The appartments are well stocked and have a large bathroom and are very spacious although a little dated.
We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment but the 'happy hour'drinks were basically just pop so only had the one!
There is a large supermarket 5mins walk and there are restaurants close by. I would recommend Big Shanghai Chinese restaurant next to the hotel as the food is great at a good price.
We went at the beginning of Feb and being closed season there was a lot of choice during the day but very little going on at night so too quiet for us.
We hired a car and visited other resorts.
It is warm and the sun shines during the day but you need coat,boots and a scarf at night,it's freezing!
And a tip,the pavements aren't suitable for heels,uneven.

Top Tip:
Big Shanghai Chinese restaurant ,turn right on leaving the hotel,2 mins walk
Ask for a room at the back overlooking the pool/gardens as the sun is on it until about 515pm,the front of the hotel is in the shade.
The hotel has an onsite wine shop and is very rersonable.

“ Situated half way between old and new town. Hotel rooms nice enough public areas nice. The room was cold and even though there was heating it was not great. As it was quiet the food was not a buffet it was from a menu and it was quite nice much better than other hotels I have stayed in. Would go back again.

“ We were given a room overlooking the car park , which is not pretty . My brother had arrived earlier and also been given a room overlooking the same car park . It was early January so there were plenty of empty rooms at the front of the hotel overlooking the swimming pool and with a sea view . On asking for a room with a better view he was asked to pay an additional £200 . We both found alternative , better equiped apartments elsewhere . There loss , our gain .

Set in a large area of landscaped gardens on the road from Oura to Olhos d´Agua and overlooking the Santa Eulalia coastline, the hotel has a modern and spacious design.
“ October 2011 We were very impressed with the apartments - Very large, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Maid service daily. We had a car and were glad we did as there were'nt that many restaurants to choose from within walking distance so we went to the old town most evenings.

Our Club is 10 minutes away from the beach and also 10 minutes away from the famous Oura Strip, were everything happens with lots of bars and restaurants at your disposal. Modern apartment complex with stylish interiors situated in Santa Eulalia, just a few metres from the beaches of Oura and Santa Eulalia and the resort centre, with bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife. Services provided are of the highest standard. All apartments feature satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, oven, microwave, toaster. This resort also offers a snack bar, pools for adults and children. One bed apts all have pool view Sudios have pool view or land view
“ nice clean hotel - would recommend it reception were always very friendly about 15 mins walk to the strip and 40-50 mins walk to the old town and 10 or so mins to other eating drinking places toaster didnt work - that was the only grumble other than that it was pleasant hotel

Built in 2002, this hotel comprises a total of 19 rooms. Cars may be parked in the complex car park or in the garage. There is a laundry that clients can use with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.
“ We were travelling with our 3 year old son in the last week of Sept. As has been said the place is difficult to find. What you DO NOT want to do is pay for a transfer there and back and think you can walk everywhere else ; unless you are superfit you can't.
