“ This Hotel is suitable for all age groups at this time of year. Although we booked a 1 bed apartment, we were allocated a 2 bedroom villa. We were very happy with this but downside was it was very big and cold.7.2 Good

“ This Hotel is suitable for all age groups at this time of year. Although we booked a 1 bed apartment, we were allocated a 2 bedroom villa. We were very happy with this but downside was it was very big and cold. We reported that the heater in lounge didn,t work and they brought us a convector heater which was not adequate for the size of the room, so we had to go out and buy fleeces to keep us warm. Villa needed quite a lot of repair work, water came through ceiling when it rained, we put pans on sofa bed to catch it, shower rail fell down when you drew the curtain. However, despite all this we really enjoyed our stay and will go again, but next time we will insist on having a smaller apartment.
“ Top Tip: Cottage restaurant, just down the road did very good English meals, and is run by very nice couple, Mick & Jan

“ The appartment was spot on except for the very steep wooden stairs. In which we chose not to use. so slept downstairs. We found the Hotel very close to all amenities, and reasonably close to beach.
“ Top Tip: Great dutch pub right opposite the enterance, very friendly staff.

“ hotel was very noisy at all times even into the early hours of every morning, reported to reception nothing done about it, it took three days to get a kettle put in the room, it then leaked and was dangerous to use. people walking round the corridors at night trying room doors, reported nothing done even though there was cctv all round, we didn't think it worked. We didn't feel safe at night even though our door was locked. Would not recommend to any one
“ Top Tip: don't use this hotel

Unfortunately our stay wasn't as great as we would have liked it to be. We arrvied on Thursday 16th October at 1am and there was a man at reception who gave us outr key to our villa but he was very unhelpful. He didn't bother to show us where the villa was, just gave us brief directions. We arrvied at the villa and it was basically what you pay for. We left our stuff in the room and decided to go for a walk to see what was about. We got back to our room an hour later and our door was open. My friend's iphone had been stolen on the first night! Someone was obviously watching us to have seen we were not in the room. Not sure how they got in as we definitely locked the room! Next day we complained and the lady at reception was much more friendly than the man on the night shift. She moved us to an apartment on the 4th floor. The apartment was a lot safer and cleaner too. If you are a family, the villa is probably suitable but if you are 2 young girls like ourselves, the apartment is definitely better.
The hotel is great location as it's right on the strip, can be a bit noisey if you are staying in the apartments but by the time we got back everything had finished so it was ok. Would recommend you to take a hairdryer/iron if you are likely to need one as every time we asked there were never any left and again we normally asked in the evening when the man was on his shift and the reply we got was 'No, we don't have any left'. You would at least expect him to try and get hold of one from another room but he didn't really want to help.
If you are looking for a cheap hotel near all the nightlife, this place would be great, I would just advise you to be very careful of your valuables.
