Vilanova Resort is one of the longest established resorts in the Algarve. Its 56 villas and 160 apartments, totalling 844 beds are centred around vast matured gardens and one of the largest swimming pools in the Algarve in all covering an area of 9 hectars. Our Snack Bar or our Central Bar is open from 09:00 to 20:00, depending on the season, where you can have light lunches and various snacks throughout the day next to the swimming pool.

“ We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa, it was really spacious and comfortable. The only issue we had was the front door went straight into one of the bedrooms so if someone went to bed early we had to leave the patio door open for others to get in. We had a great view of the poo; and the terrace was a real sun trap. The area we were in was on the other side from the strip too so really peaceful!
“ Top Tip: Scots Rock Cafe did a fantastic breakfast and only a few doors down from the hotel. Blue sky restaurant did fantastic food and only a short walk away. Would recommed taking the land train to the old town, get a 3.5 euro ticket and you can use it all day and night

“ We enjoyed our stay at this hotel a lovely resort with massive swimming pool and grounds the apartment itself was basic but adequate and clean there was a massive balcony. We went for xmas so it was very quiet. Would go back again it was very handy for everything
“ Top Tip: We found a nice friendly little bar called The Blue Star which we went to every night there was Kareoke every night and we were maid very welcome by the Portugese owner and his staff would definitely recommend this bar.

The facilities include a spacious lobby with a lift, a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk, a games room, a TV room and a conference room with Internet access. Furthermore, the hotel has a homely bar, a pub and an air-conditioned restaurant. It also possesses a playground and car parking facilities.
“ Having been to this hotel previously was happy with facilities provided , but on this occasion the first question we were aske as we were checking in on 25th October was when are you checking out . This we later found out that it was being rennovated during the winter and they hoped to close by 31 October.
