The hotel comprises a total of 216 rooms spread over 3 floors. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe and a currency exchange. Furthermore, there is a cafe, a kiosk, a supermarket, a bar, a pub, a restaurant and Internet access. Laundry service are also on offer and those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park.This hotel is located in Praia de Alvor, approximately 300 m from links to public transport. Shopping areas with shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. The beach is 900 m away.All rooms include an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, Internet access, a kitchenette and a fridge. A balcony or terrace are also included.There is a swimming pool in the outdoor complex. In addition, it is possible to play tennis, basketball and golf.From November to March the reception operates from 09:00h/13:00h and 14:00h to 18:00h. It is closed on public holidays ( 1, 8, 11 e 25 December + 1 January) and weekends. From November to end of April 2012 there will be no check in or check out saturdays, sundays and public holidays. The bar, restaurant, snack bar and supermarket will be closed until the end of March. During the winter period there will be an emergency contact number on the reception door in order to arrange the check in if flight is delayed.

“ for the price this hotel is great, basic and simple but great. staff are really freindly and very helpful at reception and speak good english. pool was lovely. a 10-15 min walk to alvor or a 4 euro taxi ride, where there are some great bars in the marina, hotel has its own spar with reasonable prices and good stock. i would definatley book again.
“ Top Tip: go to the marina and try the fish, lots of great bars like FREDDIES.

“ clean and tidy [old fashioned thou] large sized self catering accomodation, the staff are very friendly, relaxed and helpful, wonderful surroundings with alvor and a beautiful beach just down the hill, fantastic for a cheap getaway
“ Top Tip: all the restaurants are fantastic , can't fault any of them, the beach is amazing, the village is stunning, all worth a visit

“ the only let down was the hotel was both sides of the busy road with a high foot bridge to cross. not easy for older people and with luggage.
“ Top Tip: lots of great bars and pheonix restaurant all english food,dream team best breakfast bar,all within 10 mins walk.

“ This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this Apartment Block. Although very basic, it has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly. It is within easy walk of the town centre but far enough out for it not to be a problem. If the walk up the hill it too much, there are always plenty of taxis on hand and a regular bus service.
