“ Great value for money however this is NOT a 4 star hotel. You get what you pay for and for that I have no complaints. HOWEVER the hotel lacked character and atmosphere. The bar in particular was dark and dreary and uninviting. Rooms were adequate, cleaned regularly yet require upgrading. Patio doors stuck, patio furniture was worn and fridge didn't work. The pool looks excellent in staged photographs however in reality it was disgusting. General discussion from guests I spoke to agreed to the extent that the general view was it was not clean enough to swim in. I questioned what the silt was that covered the floor of the pool and on the evening before I left I was pleased to see an attendant cleaning it. ( pity as I would have liked to at least swam in it before I left. The indoor pool was filthy floors dirty and glass awning requires a deep clean. Pool bar was closed, we had to pay to order a taxi at reception despite room information stating otherwise. That said I did to pay top dollar for my room, staff were attentive and polite and all in all it did offer value for money at the lower end and for those on a budget. Travel Republic were efficient and effective and easy to deal with. E-mails were responded to quickly and I was extremely satisfied with their overall level of customer service and professionalism. Glad they came recommended and despite my constructive criticism above I would not hesitate to book with them in the future.

“ I have just returned from a 3 night stay and I have to say that it was pleasant and suited my needs well. I was there only to sleep as the rest of my group were booked into a beach hotel. This was a last minute booking and everything went smoothly. If you are going to stay here a car is a must. Fortunately I had one and was able to out abd about. Breakfast was good for me and the variety would suit all. It is true the Pool view rooms should be the choice. I had stayed near this hotel my previous visit so was easy for me to find. For the first time users it is out of the way but better directions to it would help.

“ we are early risers and would have liked to have had a tea/coffee facility in the room or reception as breakfast did'nt start till 8am. There was no where near to get a hot drink until then.
