lovely apparthotel, but too far away from the centre of town and the marrina.
A good half hour walk to the marina, which is fine but you wouldn't want to be doing it more than once a day in the heat.
Hotel was really good, very clean and to a high standard, staff very friendly.
Very quiet in march only about a dozen other guests there, pool was very clean and ready to swim in but freezing.
There are 2 indoor pools but you have to wear a swim cap which they will sell you for 7 euros!! A little annoying and off putting, as you don't need a hat to swim in the outdoor pool.
No keetle in the room only a coffee maker.
A curtesy bus to the beach or resort centre would be a good idea like the Tivoli Hotel and Marina Rio do.
Love Lagos, it has everything character, beach and marina but wouldn't stay at the Aqualuz again purely for the location .

Very well maintained, spotlessly clean, very helpful staff, plenty of car parking
Bit out of town up a steep hill, if you haven't got a car it may get you down.
Only one bad thing to say really.
THE BEDS ARE ROCK SOLID!!
I have a firm bed at home but nothing like this, it takes a lot to keep me awake but we had some really rough nights and awoke feeling bruised and sore.
You barely dent the matteress when you lay on it, it's like laying on the floor.
Over the period of a holiday it takes its toll.
Other guests had the same experience so they must all be the same.
Its a real shame because everything else is great, but not without a decent nights sleep.
“ Top Tip: Walking down to town through the old streets from the hotel you pass a Tapas restaurant opposite an old church - its great.
