Was nicely surprised at the accommodation. It was on two levels, downstairs having a separate kitchen and a large lounge diner with patio doors to a little garden area. There was also a cloakroom on this level. Upstairs were two large bedrooms with en-suite facilities and the master bedroom had patio doors leading to a balcony.
The apartment was within walking distance to both the town and beach and we would most definately stay there again.

“ This was a great place to stay. It was quiet but only a five/ten minute walk to the beach and a further five/ten minute walk to the main bars/restaurants of Praia da Rocha. The one bedroom apartment was huge with a nice pool and friendly reception staff.

Great hotel and apartments, slightly let down by some very little issues. No Kettle, (you have to ask for one), no clothes rack for drying and no table on the balcony. However the size cleanliness etc of the apartment more than makes up for this and the kitchen with no kettle has a dishwasher fridge toaster etc.. !!
Although not exactly near to anything it is in the middle of everything if you don't mind a walk. Pria do Vau, Pria de Rocha and Portimao are all within a comfortable walk 10-20 min. For younger people it might be a little quiet but its comfortable.

Top Tip:
If you like a walk in the morning there is a good 1-1.5hr beach walk just 5 minutes away.
Restaurant Miravu is well known and just down the hill at the fountain roundabout. Not so well known and the best value around is the Casa dos Grelhados which has daily specials that are both brilliant value and great food. They have a daily special every day and the portions mean a main course will feed most people.

“ Staff are very friendly and helpful, cannot do enough for you despite them struggling with language barrier sometimes they will still try their best to help. Rooms are very well equip and of a very good size, cleaners clean everyday except sunday to a high standard and hotel will provide things such as toasters if needed. Air conditioning is provided free of charge (ours was broken but was fixed within hours of informing staff) we were also allowed to keep our room until 4p.m (late checkout) free of charge because we were leaving until late afternoon. Prices of drinks both alcoholic and non were very resonably priced aswell as the food.
“ Top Tip: The laurel and hardy bar is located around 5 minutes away which is run by very friendly staff who even opened early to let us watch the rugby.
