Comprising two buildings with seven and nine floors respectively, this appealing complex offers 114 apartments. Guests may make use of the spacious foyer with a 24-hour reception desk. There are parking facilities for those arriving by car.This attractive apartment complex is situated in the tourist centre of Praia da Rocha and only 50 m down a small street from the magnificent sandy beach. Close by is a selection of shopping and entertainment venues. The centre of Portimao is only a few kilometres away. There is a stop for the public bus service to be found just in front of the complex.The tastefully appointed apartments come with a combined living/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette, a minibar/ fridge, a telephone, a balcony and a hire safe.In the outdoor complex there is a swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. I stay at these apartments on a regular basis because they are good value and in a great location for everything.
The staff are very helpful and polite and the maids come every day.
“ Top Tip: O Farol on the beach and Algar Bar on the street opposite the casino are great places to eat and drink

We don't understand why these apartments only have a 2star grading.
We have stayed at these apartments several times, they are very spacious, spotlessly clean, have lovely staff and are in a good location. The views over the beautiful beach are wonderful.
“ Top Tip: Most of the restaurants in Praia da Rocha are very good. The food is good and the menus very reasonable. Of course there are the more expensive ones for special ocassions which also have a good reputation. To name a few which we always return to every year are: O Barao (down lane at Red Line), food excellent; Dockside (in the Marina); Salsado da Ze(down on the beach); Rocha Mar( just round from the Apts); Cassa Inglasa(in Portimao Square): are but a few.

“ the hotel is basic with the required appliances i.e. kettle, crockery and cutlery, toaster, microwave hob etc. we had twin beds in the bedroom and a bed settee in the living area. 24 hour reception is good. very near to the beach and we had a sea view. staff were very nice and room was cleaned each day with new towels. very central for restaurants and bars. the room also had a tv with sky news, bbc1 and itv1.
“ Top Tip: we always go to taffy's and bacchus. we had a meal in the Titanic which was lovely. The Atlantic restaurant is very good also with good service.

“ Very happy with the Hotel, rooms nice and clean and spaceious. The pool is not very big but fine to cool off in,no shallow end for small children. Have stayed in 4 and 5 star Hotels near by and would go back to this one
“ Top Tip: There are lots of good restaurants near by and a very friendly bar called Algar Bar where we finished every evening off, make sure you say hello to Miguel and Carlos!
