“ As a female travelling alone for the first time I was made to feel very welcome. The hotel reception gave me ideas and directions for places to visit. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
“ Top Tip: It is about a 20 min walk to the Old Portimao town which is very picturesque and has some lovely little shops and boutiques.

“ hotel right on the beach - yes pool area is very small but the beach is so close - room was comfortable i did not have a balcony but being a non smoker it did not bother me - if you like a brew in your room take a kettle as there is not one in the room - breakfast was ok plenty to choose but if you expecting an english fry up that wont happen -( thou there is eggs/beans but hot dog sausage and some kind of bacon ) i really enjoyed it here and would book this hotel again
“ Top Tip: have a walk to the marina ( some great boats and bars an shops ) turn left out of hotel and keep walking for about 15 mins its a break from the pool or the beach - or you can walk along the beach to the marina

“ Superb location, overlooking beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed second week in April, there were a few cloudy days, however the outside pool was covered which was handy. Self serve buffet breakfast with all tastes catered for, couldn't find fault with anything.
“ Top Tip: Croke Park Irish pub 100 yards from Hotel provided good night's entertainment. Also, Claire's restaurant about 8 minutes further walk on the sea front served excellent food at very reasonable prices...
