Pousada Sao Bras

Built in the 40s and designed by the architect Miguel Jacobetty, this is one of the first seven pousadas to appear in Portugal. The most impressive things about this new state building, however, are the curved shapes and white walls, reminiscent of schools from another time. The pousada has successfully preserved its regional architectural style. The combination of peace and tranquillity makes for a very warm and special welcome.
