Formosa Park Apartment Hotel

“ The Hotel was spot on for what we wanted, which was a location within a couple of miles of Quinta and Vale Do Lobo, clean, tidy, friendly, had everything we needed and the staff were fantastic. Only area for improvement was the hot buffet breakfast as the sausages weren't great and some beans would have been nice. I will definately use this hotel again.

“ We had a great stay at the Formosa Park and thought it was absolutely fantastic value for money. The breakfasts were brilliant - our little boy particularly liked the chocolate doughnuts but they also had lots of healthier options including fruit, cereals, toast, eggs, bacon etc.
Our room was much bigger than we'd expected (with a particularly huge bathroom) and had everything we needed - great shower, comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen.
The hotel grounds were lovely and the pool was very large and mainly empty when we were there in May - great if you like ploughing up and down. The kids pool was a big hit with plenty of splashing taking place.
The beach was only a short stroll away (about 10-15 mins) and well worth a visit. Miles of sand, very few people and plenty of good places to eat - particularly recommend the lobster at dos passos...
All in all, an excellent stay - would thoroughly recommend.
Forgot to mention the staff - all very friendly and helpful.

“ Top Tip: Lots of good restaurants nearby - Dos Passos on the beach for superb seafood. Julias a little further down the beach for great Portuguese specialities. Plenty of good golf courses locally too. Nossos in Almancil for great sea bass at reasonable prices.

As a family in the summer and as part of golf parties in spring we have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed

“ Top Tip: hire a car from the airport or the taxi fares to your evening food and entertainment will start to hurt after a week
