Although this hotel was brilliant some of the staff was very friendly but some of them was miserable they didn't even smile at you or even be bothered to look at you when you walked in!
It didn't spoil our stay at the hotel we had one of the apartments and it was lovely really big and very clean. We would use this hotel again.

Top Tip:
There is loads of cafes/bars on the way to the city centre which was good because its about a half hour walk to the city centre so it was nice to sit down and have a drink half way there and they ALL sell beer. We also found a FREE bus service to Freeport the largest outlet in Europe which took about 40 mins and you saw lots of lovely views of Lisbon as well because it was an open topped bus.
Lisbons Metro service is also brilliant which is also really close to the hotel.
We also recommend Lisbon zoo we had a lovely day out there which was easily accessible via the Metro system.

“ Friendly hotel just at the north end of "Central" Lisbon. Close to 2 Metro stations, and a 15 minute walk to the main restaurants and bars. Nice pool in the Summer, and very helpful staff.
